Performing specific exercises for your feet legs and hips in different positions can improve your circulation, flexibility and strength to tolerate the stress of your daily lives. Volunteers become the voice for their appointed child. For many of our foster children, a C.A.S.A. volunteer is the only constant adult presence in their lives that is inspiring them, challenging them and motivating them as they navigate through the child welfare system together, hand in hand."

Back pain is more common than the common cold. It can worsen to leg pain or back weakness. Lowering your quality of life. If you choose to stop taking the medications or the shot, then what do you need to do? Your local chiropractic can help. Start stretching, then strengthening when your ready. Here is how.

This stops the pain from returning and improves our body's ability to handle more stress (good or bad).
