Arthritis in the spine can be seen on an x-ray, but does not have to cause permanent pain. The science shows if you move the bones and body, you can still feel strong and relaxed with arthritis. This goes against the medical and common treatment of arthritis to stop moving and depend on medication for pain relief. Listen or watch this workshop. Then you decide.

C.A.S.A. stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. From their website: "Volunteer advocates—empowered directly by the courts—offer judges the critical information they need to ensure that each child’s rights and needs are being attended to while in foster care. Volunteers become the voice for their appointed child. For many of our foster children, a C.A.S.A. volunteer is the only constant adult presence in their lives that is inspiring them, challenging them and motivating them as they navigate through the child welfare system together, hand in hand."

Back pain is more common than the common cold. It can worsen to leg pain or back weakness. Lowering your quality of life. If you choose to stop taking the medications or the shot, then what do you need to do? Your local chiropractic can help. Start stretching, then strengthening when your ready. Here is how.

This stops the pain from returning and improves our body's ability to handle more stress (good or bad).

These exercises you can do in your bed, seated or standing. Using a ball or water bottle with the exercises helps circulation and motion. Do them daily to get the long-term benefit. Then experience improved balance, strength, and posture for a less chance of falling and injury.
